I moved from a three-bedroom house in FL to a brand-new ranch house in NY, and I hired Metro Hop Relocation LLC to do the heavy lifting. I felt really lucky. I will never stop marveling at these individuals; it was a fantastic journey.

Our moving crew was efficient and hardworking. They moved us more quickly than they had said, and there was no damage. A fantastic experience overall. We have no plans to relocate again, but if the time came, we would use Metro Hop Relocation LLC without a doubt!

They labeled each box clearly so that I could easily set up in my new space. The entire process was efficient, and they treated my inventory as if it were their own. Read More Stay as far away from this company as possible. Total scam. I talked to them, my entire conversation was about having a 23ft truck to move entire house. then I get the bullshit of if you make a deposit TODAY we can reserve the 23FT truck for a $1000 down. I was told $2000 for my move which was around all my other quotes. I was booking this for my sister who is Ill with cancer to move her closer to family. so I even told them I have no Idea what is in house but the 23FT truck would do. they wait till the day before the move then ask what items are we moving? then my quote went from $2000 all the way to $3800. They even call after hours to make sure you have no time to get anyone else. Then I am told we don't give deposits back. Real scumbags considering they don't even do they work. I talked with the company they were going to use, they charge almost double what the real movers were going to get. I recommend just call someone within an hour of where you live, that's all this company will do. also if they have kept any of your deposits please get it touch with your attorney general. It is company's like this that need to be shut down, they make there living off keeping your deposit. good luck and do yourself a favor DO NOT USE THESE GUYS they do not even deserve a single star

These are likely faulty reviews as other sites have stated they suspect faulty reviews from same IP address. Please save yourself the hassle and do not use them
