I had them wrap an incredibly delicate seven-foot artificial tree I bought from eBay. Their work was top-notch, regardless of the higher price tag. It was worthwhile, nonetheless, because of the item's nature. They were very careful with the packing and stuck to the budget.

Read More Horrible experience. The two items I was most concerned with (grandfather clock and a roll top desk) were damaged beyond repair in the move. Customer service refused to answer questions and refused to answer the phone. Filing a claim is the biggest headache and the website is not user friendly at all. It's almost like it's set up to irritate. You so much, you don't follow through.
