The movers are helpful, punctual, and careful about their work. They are highly recommended by me!

Read More We hired them last month to help us move to a new city. We needed a company that could handle packing, moving, and unpacking our entire household. They did everything flawlessly. The team arrived on time with plenty of packing materials. They packed everything quickly and carefully, labeling each item clearly and sorting them by room. Loading was smooth, and they secured everything well in the truck. When they arrived, they unloaded and unpacked everything, placing items where we wanted and helping us arrange furniture. They also took away all the packing materials, leaving our new home tidy and clean. It was a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Moving daughter from Sarasota , Fl to Hornell NY. Paid upfront fee of 600$ then was told delivery would be August 12 or 13th and would pay $1100 when truck came to get items. So far so good. Truck comes on August 6th and took items and was told again August 12th or 13th. I Drive to New York with dsughter taking off the whole week from work to help move as truck is suppose to arrive on 12th or 13th. Wife takes time off work flies up and lo and behold to this day no furniture!!! Make over 30 phone calls and just get run around from customer service!!! Do not use!!! Daughter starting grad school with no clothes, school supplies, furniture etc!!!

Brett and his helper used lots of padding and boxes of different sizes to pack all of our belongings carefully and efficiently. They even labeled everything clearly so it ... They even labeled everything clearly so it was easy to unpack once we arrived at our new home. They packed our clothes, shoes, and accessories in wardrobe boxes with hangers and drawers. They packed our bedding, towels, and curtains in vacuum bags to save space. They packed our electronics, gadgets, and chargers in medium boxes with bubble wrap and foam sheets. They did a thorough and neat job.

Read More So, let me tell you about my recent move. I had to switch apartments within the same city, and it was honestly the smoothest move I’ve ever experienced. The movers showed up on time, wearing these snazzy matching uniforms that made them look like they meant business. They took one look at my narrow hallway and said, "No problem!" with such confidence. They wrapped every piece of furniture in thick blankets and shrink-wrapped the rest. The best part? They were actually cheerful about it, cracking jokes and making small talk the whole time. My fragile glassware arrived in one piece, which is basically a miracle.

We had the worst experience with your moving company today and I can assure you what I will do the best I can to spread my review over the internet to warn other clients of dealing with your company. You blatantly lied about the rate which ended up costing us much more at pickup today. You also lied about the moving truck and sent a crappy moving company JVA Transportation with a small truck instead of the main truck that was supposed to be going back to FL from Norfolk. We attempted to repeatedly reach Jerrid Shelton over his cell phone but he obviously knew why we were calling and evaded to answer the calls. We will escalate this to the business bureau as well unless you rectify the situation.
