Read More Very very bad service! I ordered a move for my house two weeks ago and also confirm with them before one day to move . The appointment is 9-10am but till 10:30 ,no one show up and call them no one answers! Almost 10:45,one guy call me and ask me if anyone contact with me ,and they will be late today . Dame ! How is your service???? I guess even they forgot my order! Then I have to find if any other company can do move today If you can see my review ,pls choose another company !

They damaged several pieces of furniture and busted glass pieces and don't bother marking your boxes fragile they don't care. The 3 Stooges would have done a better job.

Read More I hired this company to pack and move my household to my new residence. Upon unpacking I noticed some items including a couple electronics are missing. Also several items have need damaged and some are irreplaceable. The company has been unresponsive to my complaints. I waited for over a month to leave a review hoping the company take responsibility for their actions. However, they have not been responsive which indicate lack of ethical business practice. Do not hire this company.

We were referred to this moving company by a realtor in the Houston Heights. This was a long distance move to the upper peninsula of Michigan. They packed out in the even ... Read More We were referred to this moving company by a realtor in the Houston Heights. This was a long distance move to the upper peninsula of Michigan. They packed out in the evening. They worked hard and were pleasant. We fell through the cracks once our 1,600 square foot house was loaded. It took five weeks with multiple calls to get a date for delivery. They finally called with a date and time and then didn't deliver until the next morning. They sent one man to move all our items in our home. We thought we had paid for unpacking but had not after viewing our invoice. The mover had a nasty attitude and basically dropped everything inside the door. I actually felt unsafe with him in our home. Please do your due diligence before hiring a mover to trust with your belongings.
