Read More "They are nothing but a broker who hires another moving company for the lowest bid to them. You are better to hire a company yourself. The very friendly and helpful people were nowhere to be found when things went bad. Our estimate of 11K ended up costing 25K. They promised 4-5 people and a full size semi truck. 3 people and a rented box truck showed up.

David was our man during this entire move and everything went smoothly for us as new homeowners with a million things happening at once because he was proactive and always made the effort to reach out to us.

Read More DO NOT MOVE WITH THIS COMPANY! I would give 0 stars if there was one. One of the most unprofessional company. They charged extra $500 on top of what they quoted. The driver parked outside the apartment and said he did not have space to come in even though there was plenty of space available and other trucks/movers easily make it. When asked about it on customer service, they said they saw google maps and decided there was no space. Completely unprofessional. Again, DO NOT MOVE WITH THIS COMPANY!

Read More The SCAM that OLIVER in CO Springs working for this company did: gave me an estimate and lots of promises, told me to only call him thru the process. Day of move the driver DOUBLES the price, I cancel the move. NEVER hear from OLIVER again, days later today a rep calls and says it’s a partial refund (I’d given them over $1300 for first of 3 payments) .I say no you need to refund all YOUR ESTIMATE was wrong rep is saying I should’ve called customer service not Oliver. No idea what I’m supposed to do w that info, Ave she keeps saying it. I start yelling. (She puts me right on hold LOUD obnoxious music suddenly blaring in my ears and an hour later she calls back and says NO REFUND will be issued, her last word a disgusting snotty nope. OLIVER wanted to save me money by not using credit card to pay he got my bank info and my bank changed my account number and told me to call the police. This company is keeping over $1300 after WASTING my time , put mildly. What a bunch of douchebags. The girl should get slapped for that snotty voice and snotty attitude , needs to be pounded.

Read More This is the worst moving experience I ever had. They will lie to you about the prices they give you up front. They act like they are you best friends but once they have your furniture that's all over. They used a 3rd party mover for the delivery of my furniture and they also charged me extra fees that were not included in the original price. Several of my furniture was damaged. Please run away from this company. It will be your best decision ever. Trust me.

Read More Our experience with One Source Van Lines could not have been worse. At first we had high hopes thank to an excellent sales experience and a strong partner in our rep Antony. But when changes happened to our situation and we had to cancel our move, the finance department at One Source kept our deposit and completely refused to work with us even though our cancellation was 100% within their guidelines, in the first 72 hours of our reservation. We lost $1000 because they claimed we didn't notify them correctly, despite having called often and clearly explained that we could not move forward with the reservation. It was an absolute travesty and a sham. I simply cannot urge you enough to look elsewhere. Please take care of your belongings, take care of yourself and your hard earned dollars, and look for a different moving service.
