After signing the contract with Josh, who promised me he would be my point of contact, he completely ghosted me. Not only did they arrive with NO packing materials, despite me paying for the full packing service, they also lost multiple boxes of my belongings. To make matters worse, they damaged several items, including my grandmother's china, which was completely destroyed. The final mover who dropped off my things even showed me pictures of my furniture just thrown haphazardly in the truck, unwrapped and unprotected, and admitted it was received that way. The insurance payout? A pathetic $78. Meanwhile, my lost and damaged items are worth thousands of dollars. This company is a total scam and a disgrace. Do yourself a favor and RUN far, far away from them.
