Read More I would give this company negative 500 stars if I could. Steer clear of them at all costs – it will be the best decision you ever make. After signing the contract with Josh, who promised me he would be my point of contact, he completely ghosted me. Not only did they arrive with NO packing materials, despite me paying for the full packing service, they also lost multiple boxes of my belongings. To make matters worse, they damaged several items, including my grandmother's china, which was completely destroyed. The final mover who dropped off my things even showed me pictures of my furniture just thrown haphazardly in the truck, unwrapped and unprotected, and admitted it was received that way. The insurance payout? A pathetic $78. Meanwhile, my lost and damaged items are worth thousands of dollars. This company is a total scam and a disgrace. Do yourself a favor and RUN far, far away from them.

My two-bedroom apartment was emptied in a flash, and they handled all the large furniture pieces with such care. They labeled every single box with a quick description, which helped me stay sane once I started unpacking. I honestly felt like I was getting VIP treatment because they asked for my input at every step.
