Read More The title says it all, pick another company. Swift drastically raised the price despite only adding a few items. How they do the initial pricing is a total scam. The people taking call said we had 3/4 a truck, but the actual movers said we had less. Swift also lied about the item we had, changing a washer and dryer to a combo unit, which cause the price to go up. Then the actual movers they contracted with showed up over an hour late. It’s only two guys and one is wearing flip flops. They took over 30 minutes from when they arrived before they actually moved anything. Completely unprofessional and will never be used again.

I wasn’t expecting much, just needed to get it done, but they seriously delivered. The crew was efficient, polite, and had no problem dealing with the awkward layout of my place. I didn’t even have to explain much; they understood it immediately. Honestly, I wish I’d found them sooner.

They do not own up to their mistakes and point fingers at their employees that “no longer work for their company”. They do not and will not help in any regards nor back up what was promised by their staff. I have emails, text messages, and voicemails promising something that I’m now learning was a complete scam due to the ex employee. Instead of making this right for our family the upper management just says “that’s why he’s no longer here and there is nothing we are willing to do for you”. Wow. We were told out belongings would be delivered July 25th. Here we are today August 9th with no idea when or where our stuff is. We are giving no information either. They also are not willing to issue any help or refund. I wouldn’t want anyone to endure the same experience my family of 5 and I have encountered moving 2500 miles away with no furniture. We have a 2,4, and 6 year old sleeping on the floor.
