Read More Horrible company: Mr Williams claimed all his employees are fully vetted, that there is extensive training lasting one year before they can work on the truck , but when they showed up it’s a bunch of guatemalens who don’t speak English, they further stated that all their trucks have liftgates. I was explicit that a lift gates would be need for heavy toolboxes, they show up with no liftgate to complete the job. I would not recommend hiring this company, this company are brokers not the moving company

This company is a complete scam. They are not actually a moving company and do not provide any actual services for you. They are not accredited by the BBB and are not lic ... Read More This company is a complete scam. They are not actually a moving company and do not provide any actual services for you. They are not accredited by the BBB and are not licensed movers.They will try to lure you in with prices that are well below other moving companies and even lower than renting a uhaul and doing everything yourself. They say you must put down a deposit to set the moving date and pay the rest when moving gets started. Then later they tell you that a different company will be doing the actual moving which was not stated ahead of time and that company only accepts cash, money orders, zelle, cash app, or wire transfers. They do not accept credit cards. This moving company also is not licensed or accredited with the BBB.Then if you try to cancel they do not refund your deposit even though no services have been delivered at any point.They will lie to you and mislead you and do everything in their power to get your money, but will never send a refund.Save yourself the headache and find a company with a credible history!!

They were really disrespectful when I attempted to resolve the matter, and they declined to provide any sort of reimbursement. It is clear that a large number of the positive ratings are fraudulent, intended to conceal the business's dubious activities. Using phony five-star reviews to defraud customers while offering poor service is a classic illustration of how dishonest companies operate.

They were informed that the quotation would be $2000 more than what was initially quoted just a few days before they were to pack up everything. They were informed that the initial amount will be fulfilled after a little wailing. However, the price was altered once more and an additional $800 was added on the day the movers arrived to box everything. The business refused to return the initial payment, which makes them appear quite dubious overall. They seem to be doing this to defraud individuals of their money. Either they decline the service and the business still receives the money, or they ultimately get more money from the client. Overall, it's.

I had NOT had ANY personal contact with United Express that would have led him to believe that my business was secured with them. How is such unprofessional, unacceptable, and foul behavior still employed by this or any other organization? If you are receiving quotes from multiple bidders and you get a call or text from (850) 845-0289, I highly recommend that you not even engage in any correspondence! I would also ignore any correspondence from other United Express representatives, as the organization clearly does not vet their employees, and they allow rude and vile individuals to represent them.
