Read More This company is a complete scam. They are not actually a moving company and do not provide any actual services for you. They are not accredited by the BBB and are not licensed movers.They will try to lure you in with prices that are well below other moving companies and even lower than renting a uhaul and doing everything yourself. They say you must put down a deposit to set the moving date and pay the rest when moving gets started. Then later they tell you that a different company will be doing the actual moving which was not stated ahead of time and that company only accepts cash, money orders, zelle, cash app, or wire transfers. They do not accept credit cards. This moving company also is not licensed or accredited with the BBB.Then if you try to cancel they do not refund your deposit even though no services have been delivered at any point.They will lie to you and mislead you and do everything in their power to get your money, but will never send a refund.Save yourself the headache and find a company with a credible history!!

They carelessly tossed my possessions into the vehicle, causing serious damage. They were really disrespectful when I attempted to resolve the matter, and they declined to provide any sort of reimbursement. It is clear that a large number of the positive ratings are fraudulent, intended to conceal the business's dubious activities. Using phony five-star reviews to defraud customers while offering poor service is a classic illustration of how dishonest companies operate.

They were informed that the quotation would be $2000 more than what was initially quoted just a few days before they were to pack up everything. They were informed that the initial amount will be fulfilled after a little wailing. However, the price was altered once more and an additional $800 was added on the day the movers arrived to box everything. The business refused to return the initial payment, which makes them appear quite dubious overall. They seem to be doing this to defraud individuals of their money. Either they decline the service and the business still receives the money, or they ultimately get more money from the client. Overall, it's.

I had NOT had ANY personal contact with United Express that would have led him to believe that my business was secured with them. How is such unprofessional, unacceptable, and foul behavior still employed by this or any other organization? If you are receiving quotes from multiple bidders and you get a call or text from (850) 845-0289, I highly recommend that you not even engage in any correspondence! I would also ignore any correspondence from other United Express representatives, as the organization clearly does not vet their employees, and they allow rude and vile individuals to represent them.

Read More Take the negative reviews seriously, or you will be surprised like me. Avoid this company, but if for any reason you had to work with them, consider this:1- The price will significantly increase compared to their initial estimation. A couple of days before the pick up, you will receive a call for checking your items once again. The price change is understandable at this stage, because you'll be more accurate this time about the amount of items. But there will be another significant increase when pick up workers arrive. They will start nagging and giving you excuses like, your items are bigger than what they expected, and/or the distance between their truck and your door step is too much, etc. They offered me a discount if I payed a part (not all) of the increase in cash. Later, when signing the papers, I realized they took the cash (300$) as tip.2- There will be a long delay in delivery. My experience was 25 days delay from the expected delivery date. They have 30 business days (about 40 days) to delay and they call it "legal", which you have already signed in those document they sent you. So there's nothing you can do.3- Their tone will change after your second payment, which is the pick up date. This is the date of no turning back. When I called them about the delay in delivery, they spoke to me in a tone like it was my fault, or why do you bother us by calling. They didn't even know where my items were (or maybe new it but didn't want to give the info).

Read More I would give 0 stars if I could. United is a broker who hired Fairway Moving and Storage out of Englewood, NJ, to move our things cross country. They originally quoted us about $1,500 but later changed it to over double that. We were told certain things not in boxes would be okay, but Fairway decided it needed to be all boxed and did a horrible job. They tried to charge us for every box.The movers were very unprofessional. They showed up at 8 pm 3 days later than the original scheduled pick up. And when most of our stuff was loaded they claimed it took up more space on the truck than we had paid for and tried to charge us another $600.It took a month for us to get our things after it was picked up. I’m pretty sure they lied about where it was being stored based on comments from the delivery driver. They only sent one guy to deliver!A bunch of stuff was damaged and broken. We had to pay over $250 for bike repairs because they messed them up so bad. Our TV and a computer monitor were conveniently missing. I also found someone else’s TV remote and parts to someone else’s vacuum in one of my totes. I put in the claim with Fairway weeks ago and still haven’t heard from them.United acts like they can’t do anything to help.
