Read More The move was actually a bit of a last minute thing for my small office where we had 8 heavy desks and a lot of rolling chairs to transport. Carl made sure all the computer cords were bundled up so nothing got tangled or stepped on during the loading process. I am really happy with the efficiency of the whole operation, and United Express Moving & Storage definitely made the transition to the new workspace a lot easier for everyone.

Read More I honestly think this is the best moving crew I have dealt with because they actually showed up 10 minutes early to walk through the house with me. We had a lot of fragile framed photos and large mirrors that needed extra padding before they went onto the truck for the drive. Everything arrived at the new place without a single crack in the glass, and I am very happy that I chose United Express Moving & Storage for this specific job.

Andrew walked me through what was going to happen before they even started unloading the truck, and that alone made me feel a lot more at ease. I watched them stack the truck so that none of the boxes would slide around during the drive across town. They stayed focused on the task until the last lamp was inside my new place. It was a solid experience because they actually did what they promised.

If I contacted and cancelled my reservation five days before my planned move, they promised a complete refund. My move fell through, though, and when I tried to cancel my reservation and get my deposit back, not only did the agent who claimed to be available around-the-clock not return my calls, but customer service also told me to send an email to the support team. I never heard back from them, so I strongly advise against using this company.
