Read More I rarely write reviews, but these individuals deserve it. Phil handled everything. He supervised the packing and securing of my bookshelves, wooden wardrobe, and ornaments from the truck's loading to unloading. The workers took care to protect my framed paintings and dishware. I highly recommend them!

Worst company in America! I am 83 years old on a pension and was totally betrayed. They quoted me $5,506.76 for going 249 miles with a large van and a smaller one, and th ... Read More Worst company in America! I am 83 years old on a pension and was totally betrayed. They quoted me $5,506.76 for going 249 miles with a large van and a smaller one, and their movers showed up with 4 smaller ones with a total ended up being $18,964.91. I had no choice but to pay out as buyers were waiting on curb to move in. They damaged over 31 pieces of furniture including valuable paintings, stoled my grandfather’s coin collection worth $1,000’s, a 75” TV, furniture mover, ladder, and then wrecked my yard and my neighbor’s, and damaged our driveway. We contacted the Florida BBB and they, in turn, sent all evidence to them twice, as well as the U.S. Dept. of Transportation with 16 pages of evidence and still NO COMPENSATION or APOLOGY. The only words they conveyed to me was “we dropped these movers representing our company” and they said they didn’t receive the first of two documents from the BBB. I am writing this just to say “Buyer Beware” as they will lowball and write you off after getting their money. I tried in vain to contact their manager Brandon Long only to be channeled to someone else. I wish my rating for them was a ZERO.

Not a single scratch on any of our belongings!

They took the time to disassemble our bed frame (which always takes forever) and put it back together perfectly at the new place. Every box was clearly marked with the room it belonged in, which saved us tons of time sorting through everything. Highly recommend!

Read More I asked to cancel my service before 72 hours. My payment was made today on april 15th, and I called and emailed only to get an email stating that my payment was taken on April 10th. No one would talk to me, and instead, they sent me an email stating I couldn't get my refund. This is not ok at all!! I want my money back! I canceled my services today in writing, like I was told to do! This isn't right. And they won't give me my money back! I guess I have to contact the bbb because they should stick by their words. I asked for a cancelation. I would not recommend them ever. I work to hard for my money. If I knew this is how I would have been treated I would not have booked with them. I didn't even receive service from them! They were very rude.
