Everything was meticulously organized, and my move manager, Carl, ensured his team adhered to the timetable.

Read More This is a very professional company from start to finish. The vehicles are spotless, and the staff is all in uniform. This was the only company from all the quotes we had that gave us a booklet with all the terms and conditions. It's very nice to see a family-run business doing well in this day and age. I think that is something in itself. I'm very grateful to United Express Moving & Storage for making this an enjoyable experience. Moving house is a massive ordeal, so this made it a lot easier.

Everyone I spoke to was really well-informed and courteous. I wholeheartedly recommend United Express Moving and Storage because of how professional and reliable they are.

They were very communicative before arriving and worked very hard from the moment they stepped into my apartment. I had two movers for a two-bedroom move that was up one flight of stairs. They showed up with a lot of wardrobe boxes and that was super helpful in getting the smaller boxes moved quickly. Nothing was damaged. Would definitely recommend!

I wasn't able to make the move happen so there was nothing I can say about that, but every person I spoke with at United Express was pleasant and understanding.

Read More United Express Moving & Storage is a popular choice. Unfortunately, neither of the other two I tested came close to matching its quality. Both the owner and his assistance were fantastic, and they maintained regular communication. The three people that drove us around were great, too. They worked really hard and were very careful with my expensive belongings. The wholehearted support of mine is offered to them.

I got a quote to move a 3 bedroom house $9535.24 two days before they were supposed to show up the called and said the guy doing the quote made a mistake the actual cost was going to be $23000.00 for a 26 foot truck I see in their reviews that's common practice with these guys. So I said no thanks I'll move it my self. they said fine but we will keep your $3,662.35 required deposit. Do yourself a favor and go to a BBB accredited business and stay away from what I can only see as these scammers!!
