When time came for the move, it was completely different moving brokerage company out from California, said they have to combine our stuff and wait for other people to go on the road, and also they have to charge $450 to load the piano and then changed the price to $700 and then they just left without loading out items. When I contacted United one van line, they said they do not refund my $2060 deposit, which was sent to the owner directly by Zelle. I have also filed claim and complaint directly to their company insurance and all the transportation bureaus. Do not book anything with them. They don’t own trucks and they scam your deposits. Stay away!
