The squad significantly slowed the pace for the second portion of the journey, which likewise took 5 hours. They charge twice as long as it takes to go between two places. This business is just making money.

The movers were scheduled to arrive at 8 am, but they kept delaying and finally arrived at 3:40 pm. Utterly ruined both our move-out and the new owners' move-in!

Please do not use them! They were 4 weeks late delivering our things!! They added almost $2000 to the quoted price! The final payment has to be in cash which is shady. Th ... Read More Please do not use them! They were 4 weeks late delivering our things!! They added almost $2000 to the quoted price! The final payment has to be in cash which is shady. The movers did not properly mark the boxes and now we have to sort through almost 40 boxes to find out what they packed. They arrived at 7:30pm! They left all their trash outside our apartment. Worst experience ever!! Beware!!

They dont communicate well...they ended up delivering 2 weeks after the time I explicitly told them I needed the delivery. What they tell you they'll do for you and what's written on the contract are different. READ EVERY FINE PRINT BEFORE SIGNING! They failed to give me my receipt for the partial fee during pickup. They added extra $75 during delivery claiming it was not paid and I had no receipt to challenge them with. When they finally emailed the receipt which was done electronically, it was different than the one I signed. Very disappointed with this company."

They didn’t pack things carefully and damaged my furniture! Look at the way it was put in the truck!! They don’t send enough guys or trucks to do a job properly, they are dishonest and underhanded.
