Read More This is the absolute worse business I have ever interacted with. There is not really more to say because that is the extent to which US Interstate and Rail long distance movers deserve. Very unresponsive team of service personnel, the team did not know where our order was in transit and when it came time to receive our order a text message came less than 12 hours prior to delivery. At the time of delivery we noticed items missing (shelving, boxes, mirror) and so far we have not been able to resolve the delivery or reimbursement of these goods. Once we opened the boxes we noticed many things broken due to the harsh treatment of our goods. Picture frames wrapped in bubble wrap broken, lamps wrapped in bubble wrap broken. The only saving grace is that we didn’t give all of our goods that required to be transported to this company. The worst sales team with deceiving sales tactics that will rake you over the coals and not have any empathy at all. I wish nothing but the worst for the individuals that run this business.

Read More Do not trust a word they say. They like to make you feel comfortable by assigning you an agent that they tell you you can contact anytime and then you never hear from them again. They charge you extra, never in time, huge lack of communication, customer service is rude. Had a TV missing, dresser missing, bed missing and my brand new dryer arrived completely broken after waiting 2 days for the driver and him telling me he is too tired. Do not give them your money.

Read More People be careful - they do a bait and switch on their estimates and then when the truck shows up they double the price or triple it. I spent 1 hour on the phone listing all of my items, taking pictures and getting a price - that should not have gone up. I paid a deposit and then they came and wanted triple the money. They also told me I would have it in a week and then on pick-up said they have 30 days. Lots of lies on the sales process -- DREW!!!!! I would be very careful... I am sure 9/10 of the estimates are totally wrong and it is a scheme to bait and switch. They also don't care, because they take a deposit and get to keep it.

Read More This company is absolutely horrible! Please do not ever use this company. We were lied to from day 1 and they did not hold up their part of the contract at all. Most of the furniture and belongings were not wrapped (protected) and came to us damaged. Items were stolen. The movers were very rude and disrespectful.
