Read More I used the moving and storage space for my move on 8/5/25. These guys were awesome! Very friendly and organized. Louis, Dangelo, and Frank were awesome. I really can't say enough good things about these guys. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

Read More I found Bronze Star Moving and Storage on BBB along with a few other moving companies and decided to move forward with Bronze Star Moving and Storage based on their reviews and how responsive they were when I was trying to figure out my move from Florida to Las Vegas. They gave me a very great price and made the process so smooth and easy. We scheduled a date for the move and they came and packed up our house and came to our new house in Las Vegas the next day to unload. They were very careful with all of our furniture and did such a great job packing & unpacking everything. I’m very happy with the service and will recommend them to anyone who is moving. Thank you so much again!

Read More After reading the reviews on bbb I see everyone had the same problem I had with them. The same answer everyone gets is that we all didn't show them everything and so they had to revise the price. In my case they upped the price approximately 30 days before the move and refused a refund and required more deposit. On the day of the move when they had me between a rock and a hard place they upped the price again saying I didn't provide them with all the pictures which was false. My quote went from 8500 to about 25,000 dollars. This company is nothing more than a scam. If you call them about it they give everyone the same line of bs. I beg everyone not to use this company.

Read More Moving from Florida to Portland with a 6-month-old sounded impossible, but Bronze Star Moving and Storage made it easy. The crew was so respectful of nap times and worked quietly when the baby was sleeping. They packed up our entire apartment in one day, labeling every box clearly. During the drive west, the dispatcher checked in daily. When they arrived, they set up the nursery first so we'd have a safe place for the baby. They even helped unpack the kitchen essentials. I've moved 5 times in my life. This was by far the best experience.

Read More Please don't ever use this HORRIFIC COMPAMY. I've never left a google review in my life but now i absolutely gave to. To get him to go with them, this company promised my husband our items will arrive in a week to our new home. They end up outsourcing the work to an even worse third company that tried to extort us for more money after the firm quote from Bronze Star. Now they are saying we can wait up to a month for our items to arrive and who knows if they ever will. We are moving this week with little kids to a completely empty house and there's "nothing they can do about it". Liars and cheats. Please pass on this company!

They took good care of my furniture, but there was a small scratch on one of my dressers. It wasn’t a big deal, but it was still noticeable. The only other minor issue was that the final cost was slightly higher than the initial estimate. Still, I’d use them again for their reliability and quality service.

When you ask for a refund they say it's too late and they're keeping the 1000.00 deposit. The place is a scam and they need arrested for fraud!! Scam Company!!!
