The crew was friendly and showed up ready to work, and I was impressed with how quickly they packed up my two-bedroom apartment. They had all the necessary equipment, like dollies and pads, and worked together seamlessly. I felt comfortable with them handling my more expensive items, and they made sure everything was well-padded for the move. Unfortunately, the truck they brought was a bit smaller than expected, so we had to make an extra trip, which added a couple of hours to the move. They apologized for the inconvenience and even gave me a discount for the trouble. Despite the hiccup, I was happy with their professionalism and how they made sure all my items arrived safely. I would use them again but would confirm the truck size ahead of time.

I wanted to deal with a company that had an impeccable reputation and honest, professional staff. After hours of research I ended up going with Bronze Star Moving and Storage and every expectation I had was exceeded. James and Louis came and carefully removed and packed our furniture into the truck and placed it in the new house where we wanted it, always reassuring us they could move it if we wanted it somewhere else. The guys made the whole move completely stress free and I would definitely use Bronze Star Moving and Storage again and recommend them to anyone.
