They gave us a quote and then on the day of the move, the price was 3x what they quoted. It's a complete bait and switch to secure you as a customer.

Read More Do Not use Bronze Star. they sell their contracts to other companies, which they say is normal. Exclusive movers do not care about your belongings, 90% of my boxes were smashed. I received other people's things. Boxes were just thrown into my garage. Not stacked nicely. I only speak English in my 3 man crew only one spoke little English so communication was very hard.
