Read More This moving company was amazing, I strongly recommend them! They showed up exactly on time, they were so professional and very attentive. All the furniture and decorations were wrapped up securely, I have several mirrors and fragile pieces throughout the house and not a single item was scratched or broken. When they arrived at the house we were barely even packed and they handled everything so efficiently. Anything that needed to be taken apart, like the bed frames, they dealt with themselves and they put it all back together perfectly at the new house. This company made moving so simple!

The communication from the team was amazing – they were always quick to respond, clear, and incredibly helpful. The quoting process was smooth and accurate, with no hidden surprises. Their use of technology to track their trucks provided us with peace of mind, knowing exactly where our belongings were at all times. This level of transparency is something you don't often see in the industry. Yosef and his team were outstanding. They handled our possessions with the utmost care, treating each item as if it were their own. Not a single item was damaged or misplaced, which speaks volumes about their dedication and professionalism. Additionally, Anthony, Frank and Louis were an absolute joy to work with. Any “binding” estimates or quotes are worthless as they will not honor them and will tell you to work directly with the assigned mover.A large majority of their reviews on google are AI or Posted by Employees. Take a minute to look at names and common phrases over and over. Also, most of the 5 star reviews are from reviewers who only have one review!Specifics to my move:• I was quoted a certain price, but when the movers arrived, they demanded an additional $10,000 because Bronze Star didn’t estimate correctly. At this point, I was in a bind, and they knew it.• Bronze Star offered no assistance and did not honor their word. They even called and threatened me.• They didn’t honor their contract, I was overcharged, and did not receive the services rendered. They were caught trying to use pictures to document services that were not provided.• Bronze Star will threaten you and lie to you. Read the contract and find someone who actually honors their words.• Additionally, they contacted my place of employment (which was not a party to this contract) in an attempt to bully me since I had filed a claim on the credit.

On a moving day, Louis & his team arrived on time, swiftly moved everything out from the storage, and brought them into my apartment - all under the quoted time. They also put all my stuff & boxes in the rooms according to the labels. They were punctual, efficient, friendly, and reliable. Very pleased with the service, and will contact them again for my next move.
