Rude and unprofessional after they get your money and possessions. 4. No way of accounting for possessions (items were either not numbered or the majority of the stickers fell off) . 5. High value possessions are missing and they claim not to know where they are (tools, jewelry, down bedding, etc.) 6. Extremely careless with our items, broke and damaged several furniture items and boxes.
