Read More I'm very disappointed to have to leave this review, but I have tried for nearly a month to get ahold of someone to schedule and discuss an upcoming move. With such great reviews I was so excited to work with IVL. However, I have tried reaching out online for service, calling numerous times to various departments, and even leaving nice (and some slightly frustrated) voicemails. Can't ever get someone on the phone, and nobody can be bothered to even return a phone call or send an email, for going on a month now. TERRIBLE service, and I look forward to taking my business elsewhere- all future moves included.

They even asked me many times how I wanted certain items to be packed and even after delivery, the furniture placement was done according to my liking. I cannot say enough good things about them!
