They carefully wrapped and protected all my furniture and belongings, ensuring nothing got damaged. They even disassembled and reassembled my bulky furniture with ease. I was also relieved to find out that there were no additional charges for them as they were a part of the deal. Thankfully, my belongings were taken care of appropriately!

During my recent overseas move, whenever I sent an email to the staff to inquire about the progress, they got back to me in under 30 minutes with a detailed response! It honestly made me feel relieved. I applaud them!

Read More I'm very disappointed to have to leave this review, but I have tried for nearly a month to get ahold of someone to schedule and discuss an upcoming move. With such great reviews I was so excited to work with IVL. However, I have tried reaching out online for service, calling numerous times to various departments, and even leaving nice (and some slightly frustrated) voicemails. Can't ever get someone on the phone, and nobody can be bothered to even return a phone call or send an email, for going on a month now. TERRIBLE service, and I look forward to taking my business elsewhere- all future moves included.
