Read More On the front end when I first called Safe Ship I spoke to Gavin and he was great and very knowledgeable and gave me a comfortable feeling because I felt that he knew what he was talking about. He sent me the initial quote and explained the payment process. I then spoke to Ryan last Friday and gave him an updated count of my boxes. He was very nice to deal with on the phone and they were all very respectful. He sent me an updated quote that I signed electronically. I had the Plymouth Van Lines team come this morning to pick up the packed boxes from my home. They called me prior to their arrival with an ETA. I walked them through my home to show them what needed to be shipped. They said no problem we got this. The team consisted of Jonathan, Eric and Tona and Cindi was our main contact at Plymouth. They did a great job communicating and got everything on the truck in a very timely manner. I also decided to use their free storage for 30 day option and will give them a heads up when I have a move date (moving across country). I had some more boxes than the revised count but it was a minor charge. All the boxes were labeled with my name and new address. I was given a receipt that included the box count of my belongings. I would highly recommend this team. They made me feel at ease and I feel my belongings will be safe with them. Great company to deal with!

Read More Fast, efficient, friendly, detail-oriented moving service. Both the logistics coordinators and movers were very communicative with me. Movers called me when they were an hour away to advise me of their ETA. Upon arrival, they had our 2 bedroom apartment packed up and moved out in less than an hour and a half. Highly recommend this service and would absolutely work with them again.
