The whole process, moving out of my apartment and into a storage unit was done in the predicted time span. Amazing! Would use them again in a heartbeat.

I wasn't able to make the move happen so there was nothing I can say about that, but every person I spoke with at United Express was pleasant and understanding.

Read More United Express Moving & Storage is a popular choice. Unfortunately, neither of the other two I tested came close to matching its quality. Both the owner and his assistance were fantastic, and they maintained regular communication. The three people that drove us around were great, too. They worked really hard and were very careful with my expensive belongings. The wholehearted support of mine is offered to them.

I got a quote to move a 3 bedroom house $9535.24 two days before they were supposed to show up the called and said the guy doing the quote made a mistake the actual cost was going to be $23000.00 for a 26 foot truck I see in their reviews that's common practice with these guys. So I said no thanks I'll move it my self. they said fine but we will keep your $3,662.35 required deposit. Do yourself a favor and go to a BBB accredited business and stay away from what I can only see as these scammers!!

I was the most concerned about the safety of my possessions throughout transport, but the movers were courteous and diligent. The movers carefully packed all of my stuff and delivered them to my new residence.
