Read More Very responsive and accommodating customer service in quoting the job and tending to arrangements leading up to the move. The movers were professional, caring and friendly. The day was a success although there were some surprises regarding the scope of the move along the way (my own miscalculations), yet American Family Mover completely the job with flexibility and on quote. I don’t know how they provide such a great service end to end and continue to beat the competition so substantially on price, but I’m happy to be a beneficiary of that! Highly recommend!

From the moment I reached out, they got back to me within 10 minutes, and the booking process was unbelievably smooth. The team was amazing—so professional and prepared. They arrived early, and we didn't have to move a finger. They had everything packed and moved within an hour. Loved their wardrobe boxes and that I could just transfer all my hanging pieces straight into the box without folding or stressing. It made everything so much easier and kept my clothes perfectly protected. They truly take care of everything for you. Having that extra help allowed us to focus on other things and finish faster. 11/10—hands down, I totally recommend them!

Read More They promised my delivery within 2-3 days, took all my belongings, and then completely changed their story saying it could take up to 30 days. They lure you in with fast promises and cheap quotes, and once they have your stuff, you’re trapped. Their sales team was super sweet and responsive before pickup, but after that, they became rude, unhelpful, and stopped taking responsibility. It honestly feels like a scam operation designed to trap customers with lies. They have caused me extreme stress, mental exhaustion, and financial inconvenience. If you’re considering them, don’t fall for their fake promises. They are dishonest and unethical in how they run their business. Avoid them at all costs.

Read More American Family Mover crew that handled our move was great – hard-working and efficient! Our downsize move of 3 bedrooms, office, living & great room, garage and more all complete in one day with all furniture placed and together. The office staff was also great. Quote was accurate and they went above and beyond to help us replace one glass door that got damaged during the move.

They put the boxes exactly where we wanted them. Disassembled and reassembled all of our beds. For how hard these guys worked the move was reasonably priced and stayed within the quote and time frame Marie (in the office) had given us. This was by far the BEST moving experience I have ever received. Trust me, I've had some pretty bad experiences and would HIGHLY recommend using this company for your next move.
