Read More The person on the phone said 1 thing, the contract ended up showing something else. They never said anything about possible time delay or holding up to 21days for delivery. They told me I'd be receiving my stuff on the 16th and it's now the 22nd. I called them to ask about this, they tell me not to call them and to send a email. I have gotten No response. I'm already expecting them to try and over charge me for drop off fee as they did for pick up. Do to the misleading info the phone person gave in counter to the contract conditions. Really upset right now with this lack of communication and response.

Read More They recommended a flat rate package which although was pricier than the hourly rate, proved to be exactly what we needed as our move took much longer than we had anticipated. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process. Even followed up after the move to ensure that everything went to our satisfaction. I’d definitely use them again in the future.

Additionally, before the move, the office was helpful with clear communication and instructions. The cost was also very reasonable— lower than I expected. I moved into a walk-up apartment and they moved everything up the stairs no problem. I'm so impressed! Plus, everyone who helped us was kind and very attentive. Read More Oh my gosh I can’t say enough good things about this team. I’d give them 10 stars!!! They were fast, efficient, careful, and very professional! They did a full pack and load for our house and the truck was packed tight!! Seriously impressed with these guys. Shoutout to Rob Angel and Brett ! Jennifer in the office was super nice to work with and Greg who came out to give us the quote was also great! The price was the lowest out of several that we got and there was no surprise fees. They actually charged us less than the quote when all was said and done. So happy we went with them!
