Not only were they quick, but they treated my belongings as if they were their own, handling everything with care and attention to detail. What really stood out was their organization skills. When we got to the storage unit, they were able to arrange everything so efficiently that I can easily access what I need without any hassle. Read More This was our second move with American Family Mover and both experiences were very positive. We had a team of five guys show up and pack an entire house in one day. They came back the following day to load the trucks and move to another house where they unloaded everything, reassembled furniture and placed everything where we wanted. All five team members were friendly and polite. The team worked really well together to make sure nothing was damaged and worked very efficiently. My compliments to Gabriel Mike Rob Angel Brett for the great job that they did.

Read More Such amazing professionals. Packed all of my belongings with such great care! Kept everything well organized and clearly labeled. Took great pride in their work to ensure even the most breakable of my belongs was packing nice and tightly inside of the box. But to also stack and survive them securely into their moving truck! All of my belongings were transported safely to their destination with zero damage! I couldn't have been happier! And all the plus side it helps ease my mind that they are allergic company and insured!

Read More Last week, I moved from a studio apartment to one-bedroom within San Francisco and used American Family Mover, which came highly recommended by a friend. They got back to me almost immediately after I submitted a request for a quote online and took the time to thoroughly explain their process and the expected costs. I was also glad to hear they could fit me in on short notice. On moving day, they made everything easy and seamless. The movers assessed all of my items, discussed the details, and efficiently packed and moved everything in just a few hours. They were careful with the floors in both my old and new places and made sure my furniture was placed exactly where I wanted it. Throughout the process, they were professional and really made the whole move stress-free. I highly recommend them!

Read More Customer Service was terrific. Really easy process. I picked up a bunch of moving supplies the moving supplies ahead of time from their warehouse in Rockville At no cost to me. Boxes/tape/paper are included in the move. The three movers were terrific, they were on time, worked really hard and quickly with great attitude and politeness. They were very careful to cause no damage to my floors, walls, belongings, etc. We moved a lot of our own small stuff ahead, so the Movers just had to do the heavy/large stuff. My final costs were lower than the original estimate, which was greatly appreciated. Hundred percent would use them again, and will refer/family to do the same.

They arrived on time, worked quickly without cutting corners, and handled everything—from heavy furniture to fragile items—with great care. Read More I was so impressed with the care and consideration these guys gave my belongings and space. They were incredible....and they were extremely efficient. They worked diligently to pack, even including a pottery studio and a giant house plant/tree put on the truck at the end. At the end of the one hour trip to Frederick, they were equally diligent, fast, efficient and respectful as they unwrapped, unpacked and placed my possessions, furniture, clothing and more. Those men deserved more than the modest tip I gave them. They put in a full 13 hour day, and were as professional and cordial at the end of it as at the beginning. I cannot recommend them highly enough. NOTHING was damaged, broken or lost. They were fantastic! My advice is to call them first and save time and aggravation with other movers. I recommend them without reservation to everyone I know who is planning a move.
