Read More American Family Mover moved my husband & I last week. They sent 2 trucks & 4 guys which meant they could fit everything into the trucks versus squeezing all of our belongings together - boxes & good furniture. They were on time, professional, yet friendly & very efficient. Five stars is not enough to give them. I highly recommend them. Thank you for easing a stressful day.

Extremely disappointing experience. Many of our items were damaged during the move, and it's been almost 2 months since we submitted our claim—still no response at all. ... Read More Extremely disappointing experience. Many of our items were damaged during the move, and it's been almost 2 months since we submitted our claim—still no response at all. They kept requesting cash payments in a very convincing and friendly manner, but never provided a final invoice for those payments, even after multiple follow-ups. At this point, I honestly doubt if this is even a legitimate or legally compliant company. I strongly do not recommend this company to anyone. Beware.

Read More If I could give 10 stars, I would! I needed to pull off a move in three weeks and Andy and his team were incredible. Marie , is so friendly and informative on the phone- flawless communication from start-to-finish. Marie has fantastic customer service skills and that carries through to his team. I’ve never had movers so personable, efficient, and careful! They even fixed some of my broken furniture (I’m no handywoman 😂) before they left. While I hope not to have to move for a while, I’ll be a American Family Mover’s customer for life!!

Read More We used your company to move us from Petersburg to Barrackville. It took two trips. One for furniture and one for boxes and totes. Both crews worked well. But a young man named Dewey was on both crews. He was an absolute joy to work with. He was cheerful and did anything he could to help. He stayed in the truck on a very hot day, packing our things carefully to make sure we could get them all on this second trip. He is an extraordinary diligent young man. You should be proud of how he represents your company. I highly recommend your company,

Read More They were right on time, very professional and friendly, and best of all, they were fun!!! We had a rather difficult unload at the new place...the stairs up were a "challenge" to put it nicely. Michael and Chip worked their magic and got some HUGE pieces of furniture up and over the banister on the tiny little stairwell landing. They were so careful with out stuff, everything was loaded nicely in the truck, hardly any shift either at the destination end. They have a cool magic box to put lamps and art pieces in to keep them intact. Can't say enough good things about this company!!! Thank YOU!!! You made a stressful time a little less chaotic. :-)

Read More Very responsive and accommodating customer service in quoting the job and tending to arrangements leading up to the move. The movers were professional, caring and friendly. The day was a success although there were some surprises regarding the scope of the move along the way (my own miscalculations), yet American Family Mover completely the job with flexibility and on quote. I don’t know how they provide such a great service end to end and continue to beat the competition so substantially on price, but I’m happy to be a beneficiary of that! Highly recommend!

Read More American Family Mover made our move effortless—literally like a piece of cake! From the moment I reached out, they got back to me within 10 minutes, and the booking process was unbelievably smooth. The team was amazing—so professional and prepared. They arrived early, and we didn't have to move a finger. They had everything packed and moved within an hour. Loved their wardrobe boxes and that I could just transfer all my hanging pieces straight into the box without folding or stressing. It made everything so much easier and kept my clothes perfectly protected. They truly take care of everything for you. Having that extra help allowed us to focus on other things and finish faster. 11/10—hands down, I totally recommend them!
