Read More They promised my delivery within 2-3 days, took all my belongings, and then completely changed their story saying it could take up to 30 days. They lure you in with fast promises and cheap quotes, and once they have your stuff, you’re trapped. Their sales team was super sweet and responsive before pickup, but after that, they became rude, unhelpful, and stopped taking responsibility. It honestly feels like a scam operation designed to trap customers with lies. They have caused me extreme stress, mental exhaustion, and financial inconvenience. If you’re considering them, don’t fall for their fake promises. They are dishonest and unethical in how they run their business. Avoid them at all costs.

Our downsize move of 3 bedrooms, office, living & great room, garage and more all complete in one day with all furniture placed and together. The office staff was also great. Quote was accurate and they went above and beyond to help us replace one glass door that got damaged during the move.

They put the boxes exactly where we wanted them. Disassembled and reassembled all of our beds. For how hard these guys worked the move was reasonably priced and stayed within the quote and time frame Marie (in the office) had given us. This was by far the BEST moving experience I have ever received. Trust me, I've had some pretty bad experiences and would HIGHLY recommend using this company for your next move.

Read More We were so pleased with the service we received from a friendly and American Family Mover. We had never hired movers before so we didn’t know what to expect. They were worth every penny! Some quotes I received told me our move would require at least two days or they wouldn’t move our potted plants. A friendly and affordable mover sent two trucks, six guys, and moved everything in one day (including our potted plants!). I would absolutely recommend them to anyone for long distance moves I knew with an upcoming move who was considering hiring movers

I was very impressed and will absolutely be scheduling with this company for another upcoming move! Hopefully, Michael and Chip will be the movers again!
