They were really careful with fragile items and made sure everything arrived safely and intact. Even on the winding country roads, they got everything to me right on time without any delays. It took them five hours of hard work to load all of our expensive furnishings into the container.

Read More Never use Safeway. Zero stars. Unfortunately the crew in Atlanta did not package the pieces together (the bed screws with the bed), the Peloton screen and screws with the bike. Two weeks out, we are unsettled and many things are still not put together because pieces are missing. I have two broken lamps, tons of missing lamp pieces, and some of my furniture has arrived in poor shape. While I would have like to purchase additional insurance, Safeway did not make it easy for me to understand if it was worth it. It felt like, if it breaks - it breaks and it would be challenging to be reimbursed for items. I would not recommend.
