I had a small one-bedroom apartment to move, and it took the team almost 6 hours to complete the job. I felt like they could have been faster. However, on the upside, they were meticulous and took extreme care with my belongings. Not a single scratch on any furniture or walls, and all my electronic gadgets arrived in perfect working condition.Given the choice between speed and safety, I'd choose safety any day, so I can't complain too much.

I made a special mention of this to the URVL team. To my surprise, one of their crew members shared the same passion for vinyl. He took it upon himself to pack each album with extra care and even recommended a few titles for me to hunt down. I've never had a move where I ended up discussing music for half an hour! Read More If you want your things moved and abused, load your truck at 1am outside of your quoted pickup window, and delivered in an Untimely manner, these are the movers for you! They told us when they were coming and moved that time twice to different days when we had flights booked which we had to move resulting in $1K fee to do so, with no reimbursement from the movers. The second time they showed up at 1am to pickup our things when my husband had to leave for the airport at 4:30am so he was up over 24hrs. The movers that showed were foreign and spoke in their native tongue to each other to exclude him. Super professional (said sarcastically). Then our things sat for 20 BUSINESS days. And were delivered on the 26th BUSINESS day narrowly making the 31 BUSINESS days they try to throw on your bill of lading and is NOT stated on your quote. BEWARE of your initial quote. They will blow so much sunshine and sound like the best movers ever then when you have no choice they bait and switch. For example, they don’t check if they can fit the moving truck to your new home until they are delivering and if they can’t and have to downsize, you have no choice but to foot $1500 to get your stuff. United you can do so much better. If you don’t have the system to check it, buy one. She was more helpful than anyone in customer service. Every single person is an “oh well you signed it” attitude. Stuff showed is hard rubbed by something metal, kids beds busted, huge slice in our zero turns seat, missing side of our smoker, busted totes. Your things will be well cared for! pickup was outside quoted Wednesday-Friday pickup as they arrived at 1am on SATURDAY. Loading was 1am-4am at which point my husband ran to the airport to catch his flight. Reimbursement of $250 was for the 2ND time we were forced to move flights. We are a family of 5. We had flights originally scheduled for Thursday as Phillip had told me they would most likely be picking up Wednesday as they liked to stay away from weekends. It cost $1000 to switch flights for the 5 of us to Friday. I have receipts. Thursday comes, 12pm-2pm passes, no calls. We called you. Found out there was a “delay” and they wouldn’t be coming. Called Lisa in hysterics and got $250 to pay for just my husbands flight to be moved to stay back to meet them while I flew Friday with our 3 small kids. We advised the 18 wheeler could fit bc our 45ft trailer that is 14ft high was delivered and parked successfully the week prior and owners on the land had had their belongings delivered by 18 wheeler previously. We are not pursuing any claims with the claims department because we are so exhausted by this experience and I would get penny's (.60 cents/a pound) which matters when talking about a $5000 mower, rather than what something is worth. The time to have rectified this would have been receiving the $1000 off the first time we had to move our flights instead of $250 the second time when talking about a $13K move. Our home was sold and the new owners were waiting to move in and flights were ready to be boarded. 1am wasn’t agreed upon, we were bullied into it because we had no choice or else we would have had to move flights a 3rd time. This is a warning for any others that may think to use this business.
