Read More I'm Frances, enjoying my retirement in sunny Florida at the age of 68. Recently, I moved from Georgia and had the pleasure of using United Regions Van Lines. From the first interaction, their customer service was top-notch, addressing all my questions about the move and its cost.Their packing service was outstanding. They handled my antiques with utmost care, recognizing the sentimental value each piece had for me. The moving team was punctual and their courteousness added a nice touch.Throughout the journey, they provided timely updates, calming my nerves. Upon reaching my new home in Florida, everything was carefully unpacked, and I was delighted to see that all my belongings were intact.Overall, my experience with United Regions Van Lines was exceptional. Their dedication and professionalism ensured a smooth moving process.

Read More Having moved several times in the past decade, I've encountered various movers. URVL stands out remarkably! They helped coordinate a last-minute change in my moving date without a hitch. Their adaptability, combined with a friendly and professional demeanor, made my moving process stress-free. The attention to detail, from wrapping delicate items to placing furniture perfectly, was second to none. Highly recommended!

Read More The absolute worse experience in my entire life! The salesman that got me to choose them was very nice but that is it. I am a single mom (widow) of two young children. (One that has been fighting stage 4 Neuroblastoma) I say this because they stole SO many things from my boys and I. Things that can never be replaced. Around $15,000 in stuff was stolen. They do not care at all. They will write something nice because they want to keep getting business. There is no way any of them should be able to sleep good at night. The initial quote was $10,000. Then changes to $12,500. When the 2 guys got there to move my stuff they did not speak Anglia but raised the price to $18,000. They were late which made us miss our flights which also cost money. They promised a discount if I called the office. The office even sent an email regarding a discount as well but it was all lies. When they got to the destination with my things they charged me another $2,400 because they stayed they couldn’t drive their huge diesel truck in my road. (Which they did not use to get my stuff). It was an absolute nightmare. As far as their “Insurance” it’s an absolute joke as well. The company they use for claims is NOT an insurance company. This is what it states on their website. They all took advantage of me in my horrible situation. This is what it clearly states on their “Insurance” website. Moving Claims is not an insurance company and the employees of Moving Claims are not acting as your insurance adjusters. Moving Claims does not practice Insurance laws and does not give legal advice.

Given her deep connection to her belongings, even a minor mishap would have been heartbreaking. I'm grateful to say that United Regions Van Line met our high standards. Every single piece, from her valued collectibles to the vintage furniture, arrived undamaged. Their expertise and promptness made the transition smooth and stress-free. Hats off to their outstanding service!

Read More I honestly won't stop talking about how friendly this crew was to me, or am I the only person that got this special traetment? they were engaging, conversational and didn't make the whole thing akward. I won't pretend like it's not weird inviting total strangers into your home but, these guys just make you feel at ease. They're both great with people and with the items they handle.

Read More I stumbled on URVL online and saved their contact way before I even had to move. The reviews were just that great. A year after, I reached out to them and I had the best experience. They treated my stuff with care and helped me set up. I have recommended them to 4 of my friends who had to move and the experience was the same. I definitely will keep recommending.

Even though it all started because their truck broke. Packing was awful. Inadequate crew availability. Broken items. Boxes not labeled as promised. Well nothing was done as promised by salesman. Do not use. Was verbally threatened by the dispatch manager when trying to figure out delivery and how to pay. Do not use.. Binding contract means nothing.
