From the first interaction, their customer service was top-notch, addressing all my questions about the move and its cost.Their packing service was outstanding. They handled my antiques with utmost care, recognizing the sentimental value each piece had for me. The moving team was punctual and their courteousness added a nice touch.Throughout the journey, they provided timely updates, calming my nerves. Upon reaching my new home in Florida, everything was carefully unpacked, and I was delighted to see that all my belongings were intact.Overall, my experience with United Regions Van Lines was exceptional. Their dedication and professionalism ensured a smooth moving process.

Read More Having moved several times in the past decade, I've encountered various movers. URVL stands out remarkably! They helped coordinate a last-minute change in my moving date without a hitch. Their adaptability, combined with a friendly and professional demeanor, made my moving process stress-free. The attention to detail, from wrapping delicate items to placing furniture perfectly, was second to none. Highly recommended!

Read More The absolute worse experience in my entire life! The salesman that got me to choose them was very nice but that is it. I am a single mom (widow) of two young children. (One that has been fighting stage 4 Neuroblastoma) I say this because they stole SO many things from my boys and I. Things that can never be replaced. Around $15,000 in stuff was stolen. They do not care at all. They will write something nice because they want to keep getting business. There is no way any of them should be able to sleep good at night. The initial quote was $10,000. Then changes to $12,500. When the 2 guys got there to move my stuff they did not speak Anglia but raised the price to $18,000. They were late which made us miss our flights which also cost money. They promised a discount if I called the office. The office even sent an email regarding a discount as well but it was all lies. When they got to the destination with my things they charged me another $2,400 because they stayed they couldn’t drive their huge diesel truck in my road. (Which they did not use to get my stuff). It was an absolute nightmare. As far as their “Insurance” it’s an absolute joke as well. The company they use for claims is NOT an insurance company. This is what it states on their website. They all took advantage of me in my horrible situation. This is what it clearly states on their “Insurance” website. Moving Claims is not an insurance company and the employees of Moving Claims are not acting as your insurance adjusters. Moving Claims does not practice Insurance laws and does not give legal advice.

Every single piece, from her valued collectibles to the vintage furniture, arrived undamaged. Their expertise and promptness made the transition smooth and stress-free.
