Read More When I contacted them they made it seem that everything would be quick and easy. VERY FAR FROM REALITY. I'm moving from Denver Colorado to Hollywood, Florida. They picked up my things on April 7th, I asked them when the truck would be in Florida and they told me that maximum for April 12 or 13. Today is April 14 and no one can tell me when my things will be here, because the truck is not even ready to come to Florida. I'm in my new house and I have absolutely nothing I'm literally sleeping on the floor. Not to mention that all my work equipment is in that truck, I have lost appointments and a lot of money because I can't work without my equipment bc i was assuming that everything will be here in just a couple days. While they only tell me that they have to wait until the truck is ready to come and it can take from 3 to 17!!! business days that my things arrive to FL. So I can’t work for up to 3 weeks because this company doesn't know how to tell me when they will bring my belongings. I really can't be more stressed and disappointed. I wouldn't hire this company again.

Read More I DEEPLY regret using United Regions moving company on every level. My final bill was $10,000 over their estimate. They used day labor to pack my house onto a truck that they knew in advance was too small and they had to come back the next day to finish. While they were packing my house, three of the movers just left during the day without notice to the 2 that were left. After packing me up, they never ever called me with a status update on delivery and when I called to check, they evaded my questions, told me they had a 17 day window in which they could deliver and when I asked them for more info, they snapped at me and spoke to me like they were scolding a child. As a result, I lived in an empty house with zero idea when they would deliver despite me asking many many times. Before delivery, they demanded the final payment ($6000) in CASH only. Then day of delivery they said the truck was too big to enter my neighborhood and demanded another $3500 in CASH only and said I had an hour to get it or they would put my belongings in a warehouse and leave. When they finally showed up in 1 of 2 smaller rented trucks, they would not even open the truck to show me my belongings until I handed over the $9,500 in cash! I felt shaken down. The drivers spoke Russian and broken English and they were terrifying to me. Every single interaction I had with this company was horrifying and stressful. It's my opinion that the good reviews are fake. Check Trust Pilot, they have more horror stories about them too.
